Frequently Asked Questions


When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be sent to you approx 4 weeks before the event. However in some circumstances tickets will not be received until 7 days before the event, please do not contact us until 5-7 days before if you have not received your tickets.

If you have opted for First Class post this has no method of tracking and tickets will not be re-issued.

Recorded delivery is NOT a guaranteed service, if lost in post or the customer alleges they have not received them (with or without signature), the customer will NOT be refunded for the face value of the ticket(s).

If you choose secure delivery you will receive your ticket up until one week before the event. We strongly recommend you choose secure delivery, as tickets are fully traceable and insured. You will also be left a calling card to rearrange delivery should you be unavailable on first attempt; you are able to provide an alternative delivery address in this instance.

How can I find out my seat numbers?
All events are standing events.

What are the door opening times?
Birmingham Academy - Doors 6:00pm
Manchester Academy - Doors 7:30pm
Norwich UEA - Doors 7:30pm
London Roundhouse - Doors 7:30pm

Birmingham Academy : 14+ and under 14's if accompanied by an adult
Manchester Academy: 14+
Norwich UEA: 14+

Why can I only buy 4 tickets?
A maximum of 4 Tickets per event has been set to allow as many people to attend as possible. There will be no exceptions.

Can I apply for tickets if I'm not a UK resident?
Unfortunately these tickets are only available to UK residents.

Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the banks computers.
Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us.

What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
Fat Freddy's Drop payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company, DirectPay Ltd. DirectPay will appear on your card statement.

Can I get a refund?
Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are strictly at the Managements discretion. Please apply in writing to Fat Freddy's Drop Customer Services, PO Box 4897, Warwick CV34 9GT
